FAQS
WHERE IS YOUR GYM? 
 Upper Parliament Street, near the Women's Hospital. 5 mins from the Baltic Triangle. 
 IS THERE PARKING? 
 Yes, there is limited parking on-site plus street parking next to the gym. 
WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS? 
 Weekdays 6:15am-11am and 4:15pm-8:00pm. Saturdays 8am–11am. 
 HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS? 
 Every group personal training session is 45-minutes long.  
ARE THE TIMES FLEXIBLE? 
 Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week.  
 WHEN CAN I START? 
Once you've completed payment, you can book an intro session then get started. 
WHAT DO I GET? 
 You get group PT, nutrition support, personal coaching, and body scans. 
 HOW MUCH IS IT? 
The strength camp is current £195 (or 2 x split payments of £99) for the full six weeks. 
DO I GET COACHED? 
 Yes – this a fully coached program. 
 DO I NEED TO BE FIT? 
No – you'll work at a pace that matches your fitness level.
